Annual Dues are currently due.

Please see any Officer or Trustee to pay your dues if you have not already done so. You can always “pre-pay” a few years ahead if you’d like to guarantee eligibility for benefits.  Please be sure to make checks payable to 'Wantagh Fire Department Exempts Association'.

Qualifications for Membership

To apply for membership you must be an active volunteer member of any Company in the Wantagh Fire Department, and who shall heretofore acquired the status of exempt volunteer Firefighter/Fire medic (as defined by law) by virtue of having rendered five (5) years of active accumulated service in any Company in the Wantagh Fire Department.

​Applications can be downloaded or secured from any Officer of the Association. Eligibility and initiation fee will be determined when application is submitted to an Officer.
